Our production process follows:
We make moulds in accordance with repeatedly argument drawings or blueprint samples .
-We shape products in high standard machines.
-Shaped products will be arranged in such processes like lathing,drilling,punching,as well as grinding & milling.
-Surface finish done by hand grinding, could both keep original shape of product and reach a smoothness of metal surface.
-Milled parts will be coated according to clients' requirements after quality control.
-Chromed parts which after carefully QC assembled to be a perfect product.
-Finally packed products will be delivered as your ordered.
